Fair questions
Can I split the payment?
Yes. Half to start and half on delivery, or split any build into three monthly payments. No interest, no fees, no credit check. Small businesses run on cash flow — the pricing respects that.
We already use Jobber / Housecall Pro. Does this replace it?
No — keep it. Your scheduling software is good at scheduling. My dashboards catch what falls outside job tickets: escalations, callbacks, warranty issues, and the questions leadership asks. The website replaces only your website.
Who owns everything after delivery?
You do. It runs on accounts you control. The care plan is optional — skip it or cancel later and everything keeps working and stays yours.
What if my process is unusual?
Every business's process is unusual — that's the point of building instead of buying. If your situation truly doesn't fit a fixed package, I'll say so on the call and quote a number before any work starts. Never an hourly meter.
What if it takes you longer than promised?
The price doesn't change. That's what fixed price means — the risk is mine, not yours.
What do you need from us?
One kickoff call, one person who can answer questions about how work flows today, and honest reactions to the first working version. That's it.
